The Nurturing People Pillar

details our approach in

developing skilled talent both

for the Axiata Group as well as

for the countries in which we

operate.

Our inclusive talent development initiatives

ensure that we secure our leadership

succession plan and that skilled professionals

staff our operations. The Axiata Young Talent

Programme (AYTP) together with other

OpCo initiatives, meanwhile, are focused

on developing future CEOs and leaders in

the region by offering young talents unique

training and learning opportunities.
