We refer to the announcement dated 13 July 2018 in relation to the Proposed Divestment of Multinet. Unless stated otherwise, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the said announcement. We are pleased to announce that AIL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Axiata, has today completed the divestment of its entire 89.0% stake in Multinet resulting in the cessation of Multinet as a subsidiary of Axiata. This announcement is dated 8 November 2018.
