We refer to our previous announcement dated 27 February 2007 on the above matter.

Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM") wishes to announce that the Learned Judge of the High Court has dismissed with costs the appeal of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Celcom, on the application to strike out the Statement of Claim by Asmawi against Celcom and Kamsani.

Celcom is presently seeking legal advice in relation to the matter above.
