Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that its subsidiary Axiata Digital Capital Sdn. Bhd. has not extended any loans/advances to any party or received any loans/advances from any party in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender and therefore, there are no outstanding loans/advances from 1 January 2026 up to the financial quarter ended 31 March 2026.
