We wish to inform that the Board of Directors’ of Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata” or “Company”), had on 26 February 2026 declared a tax exempt dividend of 5.0 sen under single tier system per ordinary share of the Company (“Axiata Share”) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (“Dividend”).
