We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Axiata Group Berhad ("Axiata" or "Company"), had on 27 August 2025 declared a tax exempt dividend of 5.0 sen under single tier system per ordinary share of the Company ("Axiata Share") in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2025 ("Dividend").
