Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 May 2024, 11 December 2024, 10 February 2025, 4 March 2025, 7 March 2025, 20 March 2025, 24 March 2025 and 25 March 2025 in relation to the Proposed Merger.


Axiata wishes to announce that:


(i) the Proposed Business Combination has been completed; and
(ii) the Proposed Equalisation has been completed.
