On behalf of the Company, CIMB wishes to announce that based on its press release dated 23 September 2020, the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (“BSEC”) had approved the Proposed IPO and Proposed Listing of Robi Axiata Limited (“Robi”). Further details will be announced upon the receipt by Robi of the approval letter by BSEC.
