We wish to inform that the Board of Directors’ of Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata” or “Company”), had on 27 August 2020 declared a tax exempt dividend of 2.0 sen under single tier system per ordinary share of the Company (“Axiata Share”) in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2020 (“Dividend”).

The details of entitlement and payment dates of the above said dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
