We refer to the previous announcement dated 13 August 2020 in relation to the Issuances.

On behalf of Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”), CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) is pleased to announce that the Notes and Sukuk have been issued on 19 August 2020.

The Sukuk have, with effect from today, been listed, but not quoted for trading, on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (under the Exempt Regime) and listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) under the ISIN Code XS2216900105.

The Notes have, with effect from today, been listed and quoted on the SGX-ST under the ISIN Code XS2216900287.
