We refer to the announcements dated 19 September 2019, 23 September 2019, 1 October 2019 and 13 November 2019 in relation to the DRS (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.
On behalf of Axiata, CIMB wishes to announce that Axiata had, on 13 November 2019, issued and allotted 34,899,841 new Shares pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Dividend which has been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
With the listing of the new Shares, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Axiata is 9,163,573,282 Shares.
