We refer to the announcements dated 19 September 2019, 23 September 2019 and 1 October 2019 in relation to the DRS ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, CIMB has today announced that the Issue Price of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Dividend has been fixed at RM3.91 per new Share. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Dividend will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 14 November 2019.
