We are pleased to announce that the Board of TMI, had on 22 May 2008, resolved on the separation of the NRC into 2 separate Board committees, namely, Board Nomination Committee ("BNC") and Board Remuneration Committee ("BRC"). The same members of NRC now sit on both BNC and BRC as follows:-
