Remarks:- We refer to the announcements dated 28 March 2019 and 4 April 2019 in relation to the DRS ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, CIMB has today announced that the Issue Price of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Dividend has been fixed at RM3.78 per new Share. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Dividend will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 21 May 2019.
