Total no. of securities after change includes:

(i) 39,949 Axiata shares held under CIMSEC Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd ("CIMSEC Nominees");

(ii) 3,966,506 Axiata shares held under CIMSEC Nominees for CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad, a trustee of discretionary trust and the beneficiaries of which are members of the family of Tan Sri Jamaludin subject to the terms of such discretionary trust;

(iii) 1,954,800 Option of Axiata Shares pursuant to Performance-Based Employee Share Option Scheme;

(iv) *1,219,800 RSA Shares pursuant to Axiata Share Scheme (Maximum: 6,757,000) and (v) **1,083,600 Performance Based Long-Term Incentive Plan- RSA (PBLTIP-RSA) Shares pursuant to Axiata Share Scheme (Maximum: 6,501,600)

* The number of RSA Shares that may vest is 1,219,800 provided that the performance targets for vesting are met. If not met, the amount could be nil or a portion of the amount. However, if the super stretched individual performance targets and Axiata Group meeting superior company performance targets at the point of vesting are met, up to 6,757,000 Axiata Shares may be vested.

** The number of PBLTIP-RSA Shares that may vest is 1,083,600 provided that the performance targets for vesting are met. If not met, the amount could be nil or a portion of the amount. However, if the super stretched individual performance targets and Axiata Group meeting superior company performance targets at the point of vesting are met, up to 6,501,600 Axiata Shares may be vested.
