Contents	:	We refer to the announcement released by Telekom Malaysia Berhad dated 29 May 2006. TM International Berhad ("TMI") wishes to announce that Rego and Technology Resources Industries Berhad ("TRI") have withdrawn their respective Notice of Appeal to the Judge in Chambers against the Senior Assistant Registrar's ("SAR") decision to dismiss their respective applications to strike out the counterclaim instituted against them by TSDTR. The main purpose of the said withdrawals is to expedite and dispose of the trial of the main action and counterclaim. TMI also wishes to announce that the directors of Rego and/or TRI, namely Mr Tan Poh Keat, Datuk Azzat Kamaludin, Datuk Bazlan Osman, Encik Ismael Fariz Ali and Dato' Mohamed Yunus Ramli Abbas will proceed with their Notice of Appeal against the SAR's decision to dismiss their striking out application. This announcement is dated 7 May 2008.
