On behalf of Axiata, CIMB wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, via its letter dated 18 June 2018, approved the listing of additional 4,553,553 new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Final Dividend on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. The approval granted by Bursa Securities is subject to the conditions as set out in Bursa Securities’ letter dated 27 April 2018.
