Following the notification by Dialog Axiata PLC (“Dialog”) to the Colombo Stock Exchange today, we are pleased to announce that Dialog Broadband Networks (Private) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dialog which in turn is an 83.32% subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad, had on 16 March 2018 entered into a Shareholder Agreement with St. Anthony’s Property Developers (Private) Limited to acquire through a primary issuance, a 35% equity stake in Digital Reality (Private) Limited for the purpose of establishing, operating and managing a data centre business in Sri Lanka.
