Further to our announcement dated 28 July 2006, TM wishes to announce as follows:-
1. The applications by TM, TESB, Celcom and TRI ("TM Group") to strike out the Amended Counterclaim of TSDTR were dismissed with costs by the Senior Assistant Registrar of the High Court on 28 August 2007.
2. TM Group has on the same instance through their solicitors, filed notices of appeal to the Judge in Chambers against the decision of the Senior Assistant Registrar.
3. TM Group is presently waiting for a hearing date to be fixed by the court for the appeals.
TM will make further announcement of any material development on this matter from time to time.
