The Board of Directors of Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) wishes to announce that Axiata proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders on the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Axiata:-

1. Proposed adoption of the new Constitution of Axiata; and
2. Proposed shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature pursuant to paragraph 10.09 of the Listing Requirements.

(both are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Proposals”)

 A circular setting out the details of the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of Axiata in due course.
