Further to Axiata Group Berhad’s announcement dated 20 April 2015 on the commencement of members’ voluntary winding-up of its subsidiary held through Celcom Axiata Berhad namely, Digital Milestone Sdn Bhd ("Digital Milestone"), we wish to announce that the Final meeting for the members’ voluntary winding-up of Digital Milestone was duly summoned for 22 January 2018 but there was no quorum.

In view of this and in accordance with Section 459(3) and (4) of the Companies Act 2016,  Mr Rabindra Singh  A/L Kaher Singh  as the Liquidator of Digital Milestone,  will proceed to lodge the required return with the Registrar of Companies and the Official Receiver on 22 January 2018. 

Pursuant to Section 459 (5) of the Companies Act 2016, on expiration of 3 months after the lodging of such return, Digital Milestone would be dissolved with effect from 23 April 2018.
