We wish to inform that Celcom Axiata Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”), had on 18 December 2017, completed the incorporation of On Site Services Sdn Bhd (“On Site Services”) (Company No. 1260419-D), a private company limited by shares, under the Companies Act 2016.

On Site Services was incorporated with an issued and paid-up share capital of RM2.00. The intended principal activities of On Site Services are to carry on the business of engineering and design, installation, testing and commissioning, network audit and optimization for the telecommunication services industry and provision of telecommunication equipment and accessories.

The incorporation of On Site Services is not expected to have any material effect on the earning and Net Assets of Axiata for financial year ending 31 December 2017.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Axiata and/or persons connected to them have any direct or indirect interest in the incorporation of On Site Services.
