Remarks: We refer to the announcements dated 21 September 2017, 25 September 2017 and 27 September 2017 in relation to the DRS ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, CIMB has today announced that the Issue Price of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Interim Dividend has been fixed at RM4.63 per new Share. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Interim Dividend will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 10 November 2017.
