Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) refers to the announcement dated 24 October 2016 in respect of the decision of the High Court on 21 October 2016 allowing Celcom and TRI’s Striking Out Applications with costs of RM5,000.00 each in the Conspiracy Suit and the Indemnity Suit (“Decision”). Axiata wishes to announce that Celcom and TRI had on 7 November 2016 been served with the Notices of Appeal filed by TSDTR and Dato’ Bistamam bin Ramli with the Court of Appeal against the Decision. Axiata will make further announcements from time to time in respect of any material developments on these 2 matters. The announcement is dated 8 November 2016. |
