Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) refers to the announcement dated 5 August 2016 on the applications filed by Celcom and TRI to strike out the Counterclaims for both the Conspiracy Suit and the Indemnity Suit by TSDTR and Dato’ Bistamam Bin Ramli (‘Striking Out Applications’). Axiata wishes to announce that the High Court had on 21 October 2016 allowed the Striking Out Applications with costs of RM5,000 for each application.
