We refer to the announcement on the entry into the Agreement in relation to the Proposed Merger on 28 January 2016. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used here shall have the same meaning as those set out in the said announcement. 

Axiata wishes to announce that the parties had today agreed to further extend the Agreement until 26 September 2016 or such other date as the parties may agree.
