Following the announcement by PT XL Axiata Tbk (“XL”) to the Indonesia Stock Exchange today, we are pleased to announce that XL, a 66.4% subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”), had on 15 June 2016 received the ‘Dissolution Certificate’ from Labuan Financial Services Authority for its wholly owned subsidiary companies, namely, GSM One and GSM Two. Therefore, both GSM One and GSM Two had on even date ceased to be a subsidiary of Axiata. |
