On behalf of the Board, CIMB has today announced that the Issue Price of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Final Dividend has been fixed at RM4.87 per new Share. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Final Dividend will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 11 July 2016.
