We refer to our announcement on 4 September 2015 on the extension of the abovementioned MOU for another period of 1 year. We wish to announce that the said MOU has been terminated with immediate effect on 9 May 2016 with mutual agreement from both parties as the said MOU has transited to a business arrangement, such as the appointment of MYEG on 22 January 2016 as Celcom’s Direct Channel Partner to promote, market and distribute products and services to end users. As such, the MOU would therefore no longer subsist.
