We refer to the announcements in relation to the Proposed Investment in Ncell dated 21 December 2015, 29 January 2016 and 17 February 2016 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used here shall have the same meaning as those set out in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Axiata, CIMB wishes to announce that all the Conditions to the SPA were met and the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 11 April 2016. Following the completion, Ncell will become an indirect subsidiary of Axiata.
