Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) refers to its announcement dated 29 November 2013 in respect of the filing by MSI to the Federal Court for leave to appeal against the decision of the Court of Appeal handed down on 30 October 2013. Axiata wishes to announce that the Federal Court had on 1 March 2016 dismissed the above application with costs of RM10,000.00 to be paid to Celcom. Consequently, there will be no further update on the matter since MSI has exhausted all avenues to appeal. This announcement is dated 2 March 2016. |
