We wish to inform that Axiata Digital Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”), had on 25 February 2016 completed the incorporation of AD VIDEO SDN BHD (“ADV”) (Company No. 1177069-D), a private company limited by shares, under the Companies Act, 1965.

ADV was incorporated with an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. The issued and paid-up share capital of ADV is RM2.00 and its intended principal activity is to establish, maintain and operate an internet-based multimedia services.

The incorporation of ADV is not expected to have any material effect on the earning and Net Tangible Assets of Axiata for financial year ending 31 December 2016.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Axiata and/or persons connected to them have any direct or indirect interest in the incorporation of ADV.
