We refer to the announcement dated 28 August 2015 on the extension of the period to satisfy all conditions precedent (“Conditions”) of the Share Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) in relation to the acquisition of Edotco Pakistan (Private) Limited from 31 August 2015 to 30 November 2015.

We are pleased to announce that the parties to the SPA had on 4 December 2015 agreed to further extend the period to satisfy the Conditions from 30 November 2015 to 31 May 2016.

Save for the above, all other terms of the SPA shall remain and continue in full force and effect.
