We refer to our announcement on 10 December 2012 in relation to Investment by Dialog Axiata PLC ("Dialog"). Following the notification by Dialog to the Colombo Stock Exchange on 16 September 2015, we are pleased to inform that Digital Holdings Lanka (Private) Limited (“DHL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dialog which in turn is a 83.32% subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad, had on 15 September 2015 completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Digital Commerce Lanka (Private) Limited (“DCL”), in which Dialog holds a 45.71% stake, for a total consideration of LKR 247,900,000/-. Subsequent to the aforesaid acquisition, Dialog and DHL will hold 45.71% and 54.29% respectively of the shareholding in DCL. This announcement is dated 17 September 2015. |
