We refer to the announcements dated 28 August 2015, 4 September 2015 and 9 September 2015 in relation to the DRS ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, CIMB has today announced that the Issue Price of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Interim Dividend has been fixed at RM5.55 per new Share. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Interim Dividend will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 30 October 2015.
