We refer to the announcement dated 19 December 2014 in relation to the entry by Axiata Investments (Labuan) Limited into the Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Edotco Pakistan (Private) Limited and announcement dated 4 February 2015 on the extension of period to satisfy all conditions precedent of the SPA from 31 January 2015 to 31 May 2015.

We are pleased to announce that the parties to the SPA had on 29 May 2015 agreed to further extend the period to satisfy all conditions precedent of the SPA from 31 May 2015 to 31 August 2015.

Save for the above, all other terms of the SPA shall remain and continue in full force and effect.
