On 25 February 2015, the Board of Directors of Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) (“Board”) had proposed a final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014 of 14 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Axiata (“Share”) (“Proposed Final Dividend”). CIMB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Board has proposed that the shareholders be given an option to elect to reinvest the whole or part of the Proposed Final Dividend into new Shares in accordance with the dividend reinvestment scheme which was approved by the shareholders at Axiata’s annual general meeting held on 28 May 2014. This announcement is dated 20 March 2015. |
