We refer to our earlier announcement on 2 September 2013 on the entry by Celcom into the MOU with MYEG to jointly explore possible business opportunities and collaboration on the areas of e-Government services delivery and joint go-to-market for specific target market segments.
The Company wishes to announce that Celcom and MYEG (collectively the “Parties”) are currently in the exploratory stage on the areas of collaboration between the Parties and had today, agreed to extend the MOU further for another period of 1 year. This announcement is dated 3 September 2014. |
