Axiata wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal had on 11 March 2014 dismissed with costs appeals filed by (i) TSDTR and Dato’ Bistamam bin Ramli and (ii) Axel Hass, Oliver Tim Axmann and DeTeAsia Holding Gmbh (“Defendants”). The Court of Appeal also orderd that the proceedings in the High Court be stayed pending disposal of the Defendants’ applications for leave to appeal to the Federal Court. This announcement is dated 12 March 2014. |
