Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) refers to the announcements dated 6 February 2009 by TM International Berhad and 30 June 2010 by Axiata.
Axiata wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal had on 11 March 2014 dismissed with costs the appeals filed by (i) TSDTR and Dato’ Bistamam bin Ramli against the decision of the High Court dated 6 February 2009 and (ii) Dieter Sieber, Dr. Frank-Reinhard Bartsch, Joerg Andreas Boy, Axel Hass and Oliver Tim Axmann (“Defendants”) against the decision of the High Court dated 30 June 2010. The Court of Appeal also orderd that the proceedings in the High Court be stayed pending the disposal of the Defendants’ applications for leave to appeal to the Federal Court. This announcement is dated 12 March 2014. |
