Remarks :
These amendments have no impact to the Summary of Key Financial Information submitted earlier on 20 February 2014.

Amendments due to re-classifications of borrowings (Liability) of a subsidiary maturing on 18 September 2014 and related derivative financial instruments (Asset) from Non-Current to Current for the amount of RM547 million and RM31 million respectively in the Consolidated Statement of Financial Position of Axiata Group Berhad. The corresponding notes affected are in Part B, Note 6 (a) in page 21 and Part B, Note 7 (a) in page 22 of the Quarterly Report.
