Axiata Group Berhad refers to the announcement dated 14 August 2012 wherein it was announced that Mohd Shuaib Ishak had filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the High Court dated 20 July 2012 allowing Celcom’s application to strike out the above suit (“Appeal”).
We wish to announce that the Court of Appeal had on 30 October 2013 dismissed the Appeal with costs. This announcement is dated 31 October 2013. |
