Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) refers to its announcement dated 15 April 2013, whereby the 3rd Defendant had served and filed a Notice of Appeal to the Court of Appeal against the judgment dated 20 March 2013 (“Judgment”) on the above matter instituted by TRI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Celcom Axiata Berhad.
Axiata wishes to announce that TRI has today been served with a Notice of Appeal filed by the 1st and 2nd Defendants with the Court of Appeal against the Judgment. Axiata will make further announcements from time to time in respect of any material developments in this matter. This announcement is dated 17 April 2013. |
