Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) refers to its announcement dated 21 March 2013 in respect of the judgment dated 20 March 2013 (“Judgment”) on the above matter instituted by TRI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Celcom Axiata Berhad.
Axiata wishes to announce that TRI has today been served with the Notice of Appeal filed by the 3rd Defendant with the Court of Appeal against the Judgment.
