We wish to inform that Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”), had on 31 October 2012 completed the incorporation of AXIATA SPV3 SDN BHD (“Axiata SPV3”) (Company No. 1022843-U), a private company limited by shares, under the Companies Act, 1965.
Axiata SPV3 was incorporated with an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which its issued and paid-up share capital is RM2.00. The nature of business to be carried by Axiata SPV3 is as an investment holding company. The incorporation of Axiata SPV3 is not expected to have any material effect on the earning and Net Tangible Assets of Axiata for financial year ending 31 December 2012. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Axiata and/or persons connected to them have any direct or indirect interest in the incorporation of Axiata SPV3.
