We refer to the announcement released by Axiata Group Berhad (“Axiata”) on the above matter on 9 April 2012.
We wish to inform that the number of ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Axiata (“Axiata Shares”) offered under the Axiata Share Scheme to the eligible employees and Executive Directors of the Axiata Group of Companies on 9 April 2012 (“Date of Offer”) was erroneous. The number of Axiata Shares offered on the Date of Offer should read as 30,576,300 instead of 56,466,800. This announcement is dated 6 August 2012. |
