We wish to inform that Axiata had on 4 June 2012 completed the incorporation of AXIATA SPV2 BERHAD (“Axiata SPV2”) (Company No. 1004618-V), a public company limited by shares, under the Companies Act, 1965.
The nature of business to be carried by Axiata SPV2 is currently described as general trading and services. Axiata SPV2 was incorporated with an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which RM2.00 has been paid-up.
The incorporation of Axiata SPV2 is not expected to have any material effect on the earning and Net Tangible Assets of Axiata for financial year ending 31 December 2012.
None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected to them has any direct or indirect interest in the incorporation of Axiata SPV2.
