We wish to announce that the 20th AGM of Axiata will be held at the Grand Ballroom, 1st Floor, Sime Darby Convention Centre, 1A Jalan Bukit Kiara 1, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Wednesday, 23 May 2012 at 10.00 a.m. or at any adjournment thereof, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing with or without modifications, the resolutions set out in the enclosed Notice of 20th AGM.
Only depositors whose name appear in the Record of Depositors as at 14 May 2012 are entitled to attend, speak and vote at Axiata's 20th AGM.
