We refer to our announcement on the above dated 15 December 2011.
Following the notification by Dialog Axiata PLC to the Colombo Stock Exchange on 22 March 2012, we are pleased to announce that the Acquisition of Suntel had been completed following the fulfillment of the conditions precedent of the Share Purchase Agreement on the same.
