MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN CELCOM AXIATA BERHAD AND TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD

We refer to our announcements on 22 February 2011 and 22 April 2011 on the above Memorandum of Understanding between Celcom Axiata Berhad (“Celcom”) and Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) on strategic collaboration in providing fixed and mobile solutions.
Celcom and TM (collectively the “Parties”) have today agreed to further extend the period in which the Parties will endeavor to enter into Definitive Agreement(s) from 31 May 2011 to 30 September 2011.
